- Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations for Retail and SCM domains, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for ERP transformation in retail and supply chain management.
- Drive stakeholder management and foster strong relationships with senior client leadership.
🔧 ERP Solution Design & Customization
- Design, configure, and implement D365 F&O solutions tailored to Retail and SCM requirements.
- Analyze business processes and map them to Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices.
- Lead workshops and user training for D365 F&O adoption and ongoing usage.
📊 Functional Consulting & Optimization
- Provide expert-level functional consulting for D365 F&O Retail & SCM.
- Guide clients in optimizing supply chain operations, inventory management, and retail analytics using D365 F&O modules.
- Monitor project progress, resolve functional issues, and ensure that business goals align with technical solutions.
🌍 Business Development & Strategy
- Contribute to business development by leading proposals, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team.
- Help build Deloitte’s thought leadership in D365 F&O and ERP solutions within the retail and supply chain sectors.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Microsoft D365 F&O, with a focus on Retail and Supply Chain Management.
