Role Overview

As a Technical Associate Director – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, you will play a critical leadership role in designing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise CRM ecosystems. Your expertise will help Deloitte clients achieve seamless customer engagement, integrated workflows, and digital transformation at scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect CRM Solutions: Lead the end-to-end design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with business and technical teams to gather requirements and present architecture strategies.
  • Customization & Configuration: Build tailored CRM components—entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins.
  • Integration Management: Develop and manage integrations using APIs, middleware, and Azure services.
  • Team Leadership: Guide a development team of 10+ engineers, enforcing code quality and development standards.
  • Documentation: Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and deployment guidelines.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure solutions align with GDPR, HIPAA, and other data privacy regulations.
  • Training & Support: Mentor team members and assist clients with adoption, training, and long-term support.
  • Pre-Sales Contribution: Participate in solution demos, technical pitches, and client presentations.

Required Skills

  • 15–18 years of hands-on experience in D365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform architecture and delivery.
  • Deep understanding of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript for CRM scripting and customization.
  • Strong grasp of solution lifecycle management (managed/unmanaged solutions).
  • Skilled in enterprise integration, API development, and cloud architecture.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or Power Platform Expert.
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and deployment pipelines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power Virtual Agents, Azure Data Factory, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of custom pages development and cloud-based solution design.
  • Exposure to global delivery models and multi-region CRM deployment strategies.
