Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Lead pursuits across industries by identifying opportunities and managing key accounts.
- Support Deloitte’s national and global account strategy.
- Develop compelling client value propositions and ensure compliance with risk and quality guidelines.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in change management.

Team Leadership
- Lead and manage consulting teams in projects.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure project success.
