Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Director – Benefits Advisory at WTW, you will:
- Lead client engagements focused on employee benefits advisory and consulting services.
- Develop and implement strategic benefits programs that align with business objectives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to advise on total rewards, healthcare, and retirement benefits.
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, ensuring project excellence.

- Excellent stakeholder management, client advisory, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics, benchmarking tools, and HR technology platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in benefits advisory, consulting, or a senior HR strategy role.
- Prior leadership experience in a consulting firm or HR advisory practice is highly preferred.
