Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop Dashboards – Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts – Understand business requirements and translate data into impactful visuals.
- Select Tools & Techniques – Work with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik to design effective visualizations.
- Ensure Data Integrity – Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all dashboards.
- User Training & Best Practices – Conduct training sessions and promote visualization best practices among clients and team members.
- Continuous Improvement – Gather user feedback and optimize dashboards for better usability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Power BI and Tableau.
- Hands-on experience in designing data dashboards and visualization frameworks.
Preferred Skills:
- Additional exposure to Qlik or other BI tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis, database management, and business intelligence workflows.
Experience:
- 4 to 7 years in data visualization or business intelligence roles.
Education:
- B.Tech, MBA, or MCA from a recognized institution.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to translate complex data into simple, visual insights.
- Team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
