📝 Responsibilities
As a Data Science Associate at Bain & Company, you will:
- Deliver data-driven insights using Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and ETL techniques
- Work with Project Leaders/Managers to support strategy development and analytics delivery
- Lead and mentor 1–3 Analysts, ensuring high-quality, consistent outputs
- Collaborate with global consulting teams on Commercial Excellence projects
- Perform data processing, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling
- Identify new data sources and integrate them into analytics workflows
- Provide data storytelling and customer segmentation for business impact
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in research and deliverables
- Contribute to automation and product innovation in the CORO CoE
✅ Skills & Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- UG degree with 2–5 years experience in analytics/consulting/data science
- PG degree with 0–3 years experience
- Technical Proficiency:
- Python (required)
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, SPSS preferred
- Core Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global consulting environment
- Exposure to predictive analytics, marketing analytics, and ML models
