Key Responsibilities
As an Associate – D365 Technical Consultant, you will:
- Conduct requirement gathering and prepare technical design documents.
- Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions including AX2009/AX2012 modules.
- Develop and extend X++ functionalities, forms, workflows, SSRS reports, Crystal Reports, and dynamic AX reports.
- Design and manage data entities, OData extensions, event handlers, and database structures including SQL queries, stored procedures, indexes, and views.
- Deploy projects using LCS, Azure DevOps, and Azure components.
- Support proposal development, effort estimation, and solution delivery.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and run high-intensity workshops when needed.
Required Skills & Expertise
Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience as a D365 Technical Consultant
- Strong knowledge of X++, D365 Finance & Operations modules, and integration using connectors
- Proficiency with Azure components, REST API, OData, SQL, and system administration
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in D365 Retail and Functional Requirements Document (FRD) creation
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics finance & operation modules
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.Tech)
- Experience: 4–6 years in technical consulting for Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions
- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
