Responsibilities
As an Associate in D365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Dynamics Advisory, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and CRM modules.
- Conducting requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
- Developing and extending X++ code, workflows, forms, reports (SSRS, Crystal, Dynamic AX), and data entities.
- Integrating systems using Azure components, REST Web APIs, OData, and various connectors.
- Planning and executing project deployment using LCS and Azure DevOps.
- Conducting unit testing, TDD creation, and performance optimization.
- Leading workshops, collaborating with clients, and providing training and support for smooth system adoption.
Skills & Competencies
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of D365 Retail and FRD creation
- Proficiency in SQL, Azure, Logic Apps, and system administration
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and deliver large-scale implementations (3–4 projects)
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech)
- Certifications (Optional): Latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred
- Years of Experience: 4–6 years in ERP/Business Application Consulting
- Languages: English proficiency preferred
