Key Responsibilities
- Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Applications (Sales or Service modules).
- Perform client-side customization using JavaScript, web resources, and frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, JQuery, HTML5, CSS, AJAX.
- Execute server-side customization using C# and .NET assemblies.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs with external systems, with or without middleware.
- Manage MSCRM server administration and deployment tasks.
- Utilize source control tools like GIT and VSS for versioning and code management.
- Work on Power Apps development and deployment.
- Conduct data migration using tools or MS Dynamics features.
- Leverage Microsoft Azure services, including Application Servers, Database Services, and Service Bus, to support CRM solutions.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical implementation.
- Proficiency in CRM customization and integration.
- Hands-on expertise with server and client-side development.
- Familiarity with Azure services for CRM deployment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks: Node.js, Angular.js, React.js.
- Knowledge of JQuery, CSS, HTML5, and AJAX.
- CRM Power Apps development and workflow automation experience.
- Strong understanding of operational efficiency through technology.
Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech in Engineering or equivalent.
- 4-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical consulting.
- Experience in CRM deployment, data migration, and integration is preferred.
