Key Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.
- Develop custom modules, workflows, plugins, and integrations using APIs and SDKs.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM requirements.
- Execute data migration, cleansing, and integration with third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM performance, data integrity, and user access.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical designs, configurations, and customizations.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience as a CRM Technical Consultant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or other platforms like Salesforce, Zoho).
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL.
- Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CRM development, customization, and ERP integration.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Apps and CRM analytics.
- Knowledge of customer journey analysis and operational efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years in CRM technical consulting, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or related platforms.
