Key Responsibilities
As a D365 CRM Technical Consultant, you will:
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to align with client business processes.
- Develop custom modules, workflows, plugins, and integrations using APIs and SDKs.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform data migration, cleansing, and integration with third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM performance, data integrity, and user access.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain technical documentation for designs, configurations, and customizations.
- Support user training and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
Required Skills & Expertise
Mandatory Skills:
- CRM Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proficiency in CRM customization, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and data migration tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM development and advanced customization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and CRM analytics.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years in CRM development, technical consulting, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM certifications are a plus.
