Key Responsibilities
As an Associate CRM Technical Consultant at PwC, you will:
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/Service modules) to implement, customize, and optimize solutions.
- Develop client-side customizations (JavaScript, web resources) and server-side customizations (C#, .NET assemblies).
- Build and integrate REST APIs to connect external systems (with or without middleware).
- Use JavaScript frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, and jQuery, along with HTML5, CSS, AJAX.
- Perform data migration using MS Dynamics tools or third-party migration platforms.
- Manage MSCRM server administration and deployments.
- Work with Power Apps for advanced CRM solutions.
- Collaborate on projects using source control tools such as Git or VSS.
- Leverage Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Databases, Service Bus) for CRM enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years in CRM technical development.
- Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical expertise.
- Preferred Skills: Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, AJAX.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
