Responsibilities
As an Associate – Consulting (CPI) at PwC India, your core responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand strategic objectives and project challenges in the Capital Projects & Infrastructure domain.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of project portfolios, operational processes, and financial models.
- Developing tailored recommendations to optimize project performance, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
- Leading or supporting the implementation of strategic solutions, coordinating with client teams and stakeholders.
- Advising on project financing, procurement strategies, regulatory compliance, and sustainability practices.
- Conducting market research and industry benchmarking to identify trends and best practices.
- Preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and business cases to communicate findings effectively.
- Supporting business development initiatives, including proposals, client presentations, and networking.
Skills & Competencies
Mandatory Skills:
- Strategy and operations consulting experience
- Expertise in logistics operations
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, financial modeling, and feasibility studies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in project governance, program management, and operational improvement
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or engineering
- MBA/PGP/PGDM preferred
