About the Role
As an Associate Consultant – SAP, you will help clients leverage SAP innovations to digitize operations, optimize processes, and enhance business insights. You’ll work on SAP S/4HANA implementations, predictive analytics, and cloud-based solutions, delivering tangible business value while staying close to the latest SAP technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic and operational change for SAP-enabled transformation projects.
- Manage work streams on client-facing engagements and coordinate project deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor junior team members and foster high-performing teams.
- Design, architect, and deliver analytics and SAP solutions.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- SAP ABAP, OOPS, ABAP on HANA (New NW 7.5 syntax) experience.
- Knowledge of CDS Views, OData, BOPF, AIF.
- Strong ABAP development skills: Workbench, Report Programming, Data Migration, Screen Programming, Authorizations, ALE/IDOC, Workflow, Performance Tuning, Enhancements & Modifications.
- Functional expertise in SD, MM, WM, EWM, SCM, CRM, ISU.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to architect, design, and deliver SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech).
- Master’s degree (MBA, M.Tech, MCA).
- Minimum 3 years of recent relevant SAP consulting experience.
- Ability to structure teams, lead work streams, and design analytics solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted adviser relationships.
Preferred
- Experience in ABAP on HANA and SAP Cloud Platforms.
- Knowledge of CDS, OData, BOPF, AIF.
- Understanding of SAP roadmap, trends, and solution architecture.
