Summary
PwC India is seeking an Associate Consultant in Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) to join our Advisory team in Pune. This role focuses on Oracle EPM solutions including EPBCS, PBCS, and Essbase, helping clients improve their financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes. As an Associate, you will implement Oracle-based solutions, develop reports using SmartView and Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio, and provide training and support for seamless adoption of EPM tools. Ideal candidates have 1+ client-facing implementation experience, strong Oracle EPM expertise, and technical skills in Planning components, calculation scripts, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Consultant – Oracle EPM, you will:
- Implement and support Oracle EPM solutions (EPBCS/PBCS, Essbase) for clients.
- Design and develop Planning components, including data forms, business rules, tasklists, Plan Types (BSO/ASO), calculation scripts, and workflow processes.
- Perform report development using SmartView and Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio.
- Integrate data using Data Management tools to ensure seamless performance across modules.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to clients on Oracle EPM adoption.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize application performance tuning and streamline financial planning processes.
- Maintain effective client communication and support project execution from planning to delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Oracle EPM (EPBCS/PBCS, Essbase).
- Hands-on experience with financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of EPM Automate, calculation scripts, workflow, and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Data Management integration.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
Years of Experience: 1+ domestic client-facing implementation
Education Qualification: B.Tech / MBA / MCA
