Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Consultant – Internal Audit, you will:
- Conduct internal audits and process audits across client operations, evaluating sub-processes, activities, and interdependencies.
- Assess compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), COSO framework, and other relevant regulations.
- Evaluate internal control systems, including preventive, detective, and anti-fraud controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, propose actionable recommendations, and address root causes.
- Assist in audit deliverables, status reporting, and timely completion of client engagements.
- Utilize ERP and IT systems for audit execution and reporting.
- Analyze high-volume data environments to support audit insights and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in internal audit and process audit methodology.
- Expertise in COSO framework, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, financial reporting, and relevant Indian laws.
- Proficient in MS Office and audit documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Client and internal stakeholder management.
- Project and delivery management.
- Data analysis in high-volume environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
