Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Consultant – Forensics & Investigations, you will:
- Support internal audits and compliance assessments across client organizations.
- Assist in risk evaluation and monitoring programs for financial institutions, including HFCs.
- Contribute to forensic investigations and process reviews to detect irregularities or compliance gaps.
- Document findings, prepare reports, and present insights to senior consultants and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations and improve internal controls.
- Support client engagements by following EY quality and risk management standards.
Skills and Attributes
- Knowledge or experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or HFC operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and client functions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
- Agile, curious, adaptable, and committed to maintaining positive energy in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to high-impact forensic and compliance engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Law, or related field.
- Experience or academic exposure in compliance, risk management, internal audits, or financial services.
