Key Responsibilities
- Automate workflows and incident resolution using Jenkins, PowerShell, Python, and Ansible to ensure SLA compliance.
- Lead root cause analysis and trend analysis, preparing detailed performance improvement reports.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and guide team members on DevOps best practices and automation frameworks.
- Validate change implementation plans to minimize errors and ensure smooth deployment.
- Engage with stakeholders in capacity planning discussions to optimize resources.
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely resolutions, and high-quality delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Jenkins pipelines and PowerShell scripting.
- Hands-on expertise with Python and Ansible for automation tasks.
- Solid understanding of hybrid cloud and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as:
- Certified Jenkins Engineer (CJE)
- Microsoft Certified: PowerShell Fundamentals
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation
- Exposure to cloud automation and client lifecycle management.
- Experience in reporting and analytics for automation-driven projects.
