Key Responsibilities
Structured Finance & CLO Analysis
- Perform Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) and comply with tax regulations for CLOs and Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS).
- Compute taxable income on structured products, including original issue discount (OID), market discount, and premium calculations.
- Review, validate, and develop CLO models, including waterfall and compliance testing for quarterly payments and effective dates.
Client Deliverables & Reporting
- Prepare AUP reports and supporting working papers for client engagements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance in all deliverables.
Collaboration & Process Support
- Coordinate with engagement teams and stakeholders to gather data and clarify requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on structured finance analysis.
- Support knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives within the team.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of securitization and structured finance markets.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards related to CLOs and MBS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong business writing and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Financial modeling using Excel.
- Experience with Intex tool for structured finance analytics.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: CA, CFA, or MBA with a specialization in Finance & Investment Management.
- Experience: 1–3 years in securitization, structured finance, or related roles.
- Exposure to Big 4 audit or advisory firms is an advantage.
