Key Responsibilities
As an Associate 1 AMDC – FTS, you will:
- Demonstrate basic accounting and auditing knowledge.
- Understand and execute audit procedures performed by the Global Delivery Center (GDC).
- Use audit documentation tools like eAudIT and other applications (IDEA, WISDOM, CASEWARE).
- Perform audit procedures efficiently and with high quality within the given timelines.
- Participate in self-development activities in technical and project management areas.
- Collaborate and lead team/group activities, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
- Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and project priorities.
- Be open to short- and long-term US travel assignments as required.
Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills
- Knowledge of audit and accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Attention to detail and strong quality consciousness.
- Quick learner with adaptability to change.
- Willingness to work under tight deadlines, including weekends when needed.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting (MBA Finance, M.Com) with 0–2 years relevant experience.
- Graduate and CA Final (1 group passed; article ship completed preferred).
- Graduate pursuing CPA (minimum 2 papers passed).
