You will lead and support financial due diligence, develop deal insights, and collaborate with cross-border teams to provide advisory that drives value.

This role combines corporate finance, analytics, consulting, and stakeholder engagement, offering a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in Deloitte’s fast-paced Financial Advisory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence and deal analysis across various industries.
• Analyze business plans, historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets.
• Evaluate forecast assumptions and identify transaction risks or red flags.
• Support IPO readiness, cross-border deals, distressed asset restructuring, and capital market transactions.
• Create detailed, client-ready reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with Partners, Directors, and Managers to execute client deliverables.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary and cross-regional teams on complex engagements.
• Engage with clients including private equity firms, multinational corporations, and owner-managed businesses.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent report writing, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

Qualifications

• CA (preferably first attempt) or CFA (International).
• Strong academic record and conceptual clarity in finance/accounting.
• Previous exposure to transaction services, due diligence, or consulting is a plus.
