💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts in SAP FICO solution design, build, and configuration.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding SAP FICO solutions.
- Implement and configure SAP modules including New G/L, TDS, GST, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable (APP), etc.
- Execute end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects (Minimum 2 full implementations in ECC or S/4 HANA).
- Provide functional expertise in support projects (2–3 support projects experience preferred).
- Collaborate closely with business users to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Handle system configuration, gap analysis, testing, and issue resolution.
- Support pan-India travel as needed for project implementation and support activities.
🎯 Candidate Profile
- 6–8 years of SAP FICO module experience, including deep functional expertise in implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of SAP functionalities such as New G/L, TDS, GST, Asset Accounting, and APP.
- Preferred experience in S/4 HANA implementations.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- SAP Certification is highly preferred.
- Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal and user support management capabilities.
🎓 Educational & Certification Requirements
- Graduation (BCOM, BE / BTech) or Post Graduation (MBA / PGDM / MCA / MTech).
- ICWA/CA Final qualification is a plus.
- SAP Certification preferred.
