Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain Dashboards: Design, build, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for business insights.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Translate business requirements into interactive visualizations.
- SQL & ETL Work: Extract, transform, and load data from SQL Server and other data sources.
- DAX Expertise: Write advanced DAX queries for calculations and measures.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure scalability and performance tuning of BI solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable solutions.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain data consistency and integrity across reports.
- Training & Support: Provide end-user training and BI support across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer / BI Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View).
- Advanced knowledge of DAX for complex calculations.
- Expertise in SQL Server for data modeling, ETL, and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView).
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services and cloud-based BI solutions.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Understanding of data warehousing and modeling concepts.
