Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the PLCS telebinding sales team, setting clear goals and motivating team members to achieve targets.

- Recruit, train, and mentor PLOs (Personal Loan Officers) to maintain high productivity and performance standards.

- Handle customer escalations and queries related to products and processes with effective resolution strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, company policies, and process rigor for operational excellence.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce.com to track sales activities and team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies to improve team output and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate, Postgraduate, or MBA in Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in lending and telebinding sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide sales teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
