Key Responsibilities
🔒 Client Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for OT SOC clients
- Conduct client meetings to review security posture, incidents, and strategy
- Develop long-term client relationships to build trust and transparency
⚙️ Security Operations & Threat Monitoring
- Monitor OT environments including SCADA, DCS, PLC, and ICS for anomalies
- Use tools such as Claroty, Nozomi, and SIEM platforms for real-time threat detection
- Analyze logs, alerts, and network traffic to detect malicious activities
🚨 Incident Response & Investigation
- Lead security incident response, including root cause analysis and recovery plans
- Coordinate mitigation strategies and remediation of vulnerabilities
- Deliver detailed post-incident reports with technical and executive-level summaries
🧠 Vulnerability Management & Threat Intelligence
- Conduct OT-specific vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement cyber risk mitigation strategies and improve existing controls
- Stay informed on the latest OT threats, ransomware tactics, and industry trends
👥 Collaboration & Training
- Work closely with IT SOC, engineering, and risk teams to ensure 360° protection
- Provide hands-on training for clients and internal teams on OT cybersecurity best practices
Skills & Qualifications
📘 Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Security, or related field
🧩 Professional Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on Operational Technology (OT)
- Hands-on expertise with industrial cybersecurity tools like Claroty, Nozomi, Tenable, CrowdStrike, and SIEM solutions
- Deep understanding of ICS/SCADA systems, including protocols and architecture
📜 Certifications (Preferred)
- GICSP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications
💡 Soft & Technical Skills
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities
