Summary
Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is hiring an Assistant Manager – Oracle Identity (OIG) in Mumbai for its Cyber Security – Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with 4+ years of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) experience and hands-on expertise in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
As part of Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice, you’ll design, configure, and implement Oracle Identity solutions for enterprise clients, lead integrations, and provide technical guidance. If you’re skilled in IAM, OIG, Java/Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), this role will position you at the forefront of Deloitte’s global cyber innovation hub.

Key Responsibilities
As a Cyber Security – Assistant Manager (Oracle Identity) at Deloitte, you will:
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business and security requirements.
- Develop and customize identity lifecycle management processes.
- Build custom connectors and integrations with third-party applications.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and consultants.
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk management.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Stay current with emerging IAM and OIG technologies and Deloitte best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of Identity Governance experience, including 2+ years with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or PowerShell for automation and customization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings.
- OIG certifications (preferred).
