Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation

• Lead the end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials solution for complex client projects.
• Conduct Cloud Application Configuration, Smoke Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Analyze business requirements and functional specification documents to design optimal solutions.
• Develop key project artifacts including fit-gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Work independently to deliver high-quality client solutions, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Project Leadership & Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of Oracle Financials.
• Provide domain expertise in financial process automation, compliance, and reporting standards.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business needs.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure high standards of data accuracy and system configuration throughout project execution.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations for optimizing Oracle Cloud Financials deployment.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Financials implementation and configuration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in producing fit-gap analysis, configuration documents, test scripts, and training artifacts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact effectively with onshore teams and clients.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud Financials implementation and client-facing roles.
• Prior involvement in medium-to-high complexity financial projects is preferred.
