Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of transactions from the Investor Service Centre.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and respond to investor queries promptly.
- Handle corporate investor services with a focus on mutual fund distribution.
- Work with internal teams and service providers to identify and report discrepancies.
- Contribute to process improvement, suggesting ways to enhance service efficiency.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines and ensure alignment with the FIM (Functional Instruction Manual).
- Support knowledge-sharing, leave planning, and recruitment coordination within the team.
- Maintain accuracy in monthly operations reporting and support team performance goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation in any stream (mandatory).
- Understanding of mutual funds and securities markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for client-facing roles.
- NISM certification preferred.
- Knowledge of local/regional languages is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and digital systems.
Additional Apprenticeship Details
- This is a 1-year apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
- Apprentices will be enrolled and listed in the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) portal.
- A Certificate of Proficiency will be awarded by the Government of India upon successful completion.
- Apprentices must complete mandatory AML and Sanctions training.
