Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – ISO 27001 in Cyber Strategy & Transformation, you will:
- Lead and execute ISO 27001 audits and compliance assessments.
- Drive IT audit, IT infrastructure, and IT systems security projects.
- Manage and monitor SLAs for cybersecurity operations and IT systems.
- Oversee cybersecurity transformation programs aligned with global standards.
- Support consulting engagements for data center security, IT infrastructure, and IT risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Provide strategic recommendations to strengthen information security governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Education: B.E / B.Tech / MCA, with MBA or PMI-PMP certification.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in:
- IT Audit & Consulting
- IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Data Center Security & IT Operations
- SLA Monitoring & Project Management
- Certifications (mandatory/preferred):
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (LA)
- CISA from ISACA
- CISSP Certification
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
