Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – HR Operations (Total Rewards) at EY Gurgaon, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting compensation and benefits strategy, rewards programs, and HR operations.
- Driving content writing and communication for HR initiatives and total rewards policies.
- Assisting in the development of talent management strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with HR processes, policies, and legal requirements.
- Collaborating across CBS teams such as Finance, IT, Administrative Services, Brand & Marketing.
