Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support GAAP convergence initiatives and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Implement and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard financial integrity.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS
- Expertise in financial reporting, audit readiness, and compliance
- Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and other financial tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage month-end/year-end processes efficiently
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Proven experience in finance advisory, statutory compliance, and financial reporting
- Exposure to GAAP convergence and regulatory frameworks preferred
