🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions using VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and cloud PC platforms like Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and AWS Workspaces.
- Optimize virtual desktop and endpoint computing environments to improve user experience across desktops, laptops, and cloud platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and deploy OS images and configurations using SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and automation tools such as Autopilot and Autopatch.
- Manage endpoint devices across multiple operating systems including Windows 11, macOS, and Linux, ensuring compliance and security best practices.
- Oversee device hardware management, including driver updates, upgrades, and testing.
- Lead endpoint security initiatives including patch management, vulnerability assessments, and update deployment.
- Collaborate with IT operations teams to integrate automation, Copilot, and DevOps practices for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support for image deployment and device provisioning workflows.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to drive IT infrastructure modernization and deliver high-quality service.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in End User Computing (EUC), VDI solutions, cloud PCs, or related IT infrastructure roles.
- Deep technical knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps, and AWS Workspaces.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools: SCCM, MDM, Microsoft Intune, and image deployment automation (Autopilot, Autopatch).
- Strong OS expertise with Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, and IoT devices.
- Skilled in hardware device management, patching, security compliance, and vulnerability assessments.
- Familiarity with automation, Copilot, and DevOps methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced IT environment.
