Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity & VAPT Execution

• Perform comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) on web applications, mobile apps (iOS & Android), and IT infrastructure.
• Conduct source code reviews and cloud configuration assessments to identify security risks.
• Execute API security testing and configuration reviews across multiple platforms including Windows, Linux, UNIX, Solaris, and databases.

Security Tools & Techniques

• Utilize leading vulnerability management tools such as Kali Linux, Nessus, Qualys Guard, Acunetix, AppScan, Nexpose, Metasploit, Fortify, and others.
• Apply scripting skills (Python, Shell, PERL) to automate security testing and vulnerability scans.
• Analyze and interpret network protocols (TCP/IP), firewalls, IDS/IPS, routers, switches, and network architecture to identify vulnerabilities.

Client Collaboration & Advisory

• Develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams to exceed cybersecurity expectations.
• Provide expert recommendations on managing cyber risks and improving organizational security posture.
• Support security strategy development, embedding cyber risk management in business processes.

Leadership & Team Engagement

• Lead security engagements with a focus on delivery excellence and proactive risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to Deloitte’s ethical standards and quality frameworks in cybersecurity services.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field from a recognized institution.
• 4 to 7 years of proven experience in cybersecurity roles, especially in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
• Certified in OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CRTP, or equivalent certifications.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, network protocols, and security tools.
• Strong understanding of web application security, mobile security pentesting, and cloud security best practices.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver clear cybersecurity insights.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
