Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively monitor and analyze SIEM alerts, email protection alerts, and malware activity.
- Perform threat hunting across network flows, user behavior, and threat intelligence feeds.
- Analyze phishing emails and raise incidents in tracking systems.
- Assist in proactive content fine-tuning and use-case enablement.
- Follow incident response playbooks for triage, escalation, and resolution.
- Comprehend logs including HTTP, SMTP, and network data under guidance.
- Conduct quality assessments of SOC operations and identify process deviations.
- Generate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and recommend process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with teams across geographies and provide guidance for performance enhancement.
- Support critical cyber incidents as a QA touchpoint to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Certifications (preferred): CSA, CISM, CCSP, Microsoft Azure Security certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Windows, Azure, AWS infrastructure and security tools is an advantage
