Key Responsibilities
As a Cybersecurity Assistant Manager – TPRM, your responsibilities include:
- Conducting ISMS and Third-Party Risk Assessments.
- Collaborating with compliance, audit, and regulatory teams to identify client requirements.
- Performing risk assessments across people, processes, and technology.
- Identifying gaps, risks, and improvement areas in policies, procedures, and standards.
- Preparing and presenting information security risk and audit reports.
- Leading stakeholder interactions and managing client expectations.
- Supporting ISO22301 implementations and audits.
- Driving cybersecurity and vendor risk management initiatives for Indian and global clients.
Key Skills & Expertise Required
- Strong experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, IT audits, and cloud security.
- Familiarity with ISO22301 and ISO27001 standards.
- Knowledge of Data Protection, Privacy, and Vendor Risk frameworks.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to work in cross-functional, cross-cultural environments.
- Effective client-facing and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
- CISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH
- ISO27001 Lead Auditor / Implementer
- CBCI / CBCP / ISO22301
- Other relevant cybersecurity and risk management certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) or equivalent.
- 1–7 years of relevant cybersecurity and TPRM experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
