Key Responsibilities
- Lead third-party risk assessments, including onboarding, due diligence, and periodic reviews
- Collaborate with Legal, IT Security, Procurement, and Business Units for comprehensive risk coverage
- Develop and maintain TPRM frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices
- Evaluate third-party controls related to data protection, network security, access management, incident response, and business continuity
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and metrics for senior management and risk committees
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, RBI Guidelines, PCI DSS, ISO 42001
- Identify opportunities to automate third-party assessment execution and improve risk management processes
- Support managers in audits, RFPs, proposals, and business development opportunities
- Conduct on-site assessments and audits of people, process, and technology risk areas
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, B.E, or related engineering fields
- 3+ years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, IT audits, or Cloud Security
- Familiarity with ISO 22301 implementation, CBCI/CBCP certifications, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001
- Strong knowledge of vendor risk, data protection, and privacy risks
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Comfortable operating in local and global environments
