Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – Cyber CST (TPRM), you will:
- Perform third-party risk assessments: due diligence, onboarding, and periodic reviews.
- Collaborate with client teams (Legal, IT Security, Procurement, Business Units) to ensure comprehensive risk coverage.
- Develop and maintain the TPRM framework, policies, and procedures in line with global standards.
- Evaluate third-party security controls (data protection, network security, access, incident response, BCP, application security).
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and management metrics for leadership.
- Contribute to business development activities (RFP responses, proposals).
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives in TPRM.
- Assist in IT audits, cloud security reviews, ISO22301 implementation, and resilience assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years in Third-Party Risk Management, IT Audit, Cloud Security, or Information Risk Management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI DSS, RBI Guidelines, ISO 42001, ISO 22301).
- Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery (BCP/DR) frameworks.
- Preferred certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH, CBCI, ISO27001 LI/LA, ISO22301.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-cultural, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
