Summary
Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is hiring Assistant Manager – Cyber Security, CST | TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) in Pune. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals (3–6 years) in IT Quality, GxP compliance, CSV (Computer System Validation), and regulatory compliance to join Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation (T&T) Cyber Team.

Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – Cyber (TPRM) at Deloitte Pune, you will:
- Support IT quality systems framework design & implementation.
- Conduct reviews and assessments for IT quality compliance.
- Lead Computer System Validation (CSV) for GxP processes in pharma and healthcare.
- Develop integrated GxP and IT compliance frameworks including SOPs and guidelines.
- Ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance for computerized systems.
- Participate in validation lifecycle: requirements definition, testing, deviation management, and documentation.
- Reduce gaps identified during risk & compliance assessments by creating remediation plans.
- Perform IT system audits to ensure compliance with FDA, MHRA, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Provide user training on CSV and compliance awareness.
- Mentor and coach junior staff while collaborating with project managers and client stakeholders.
Key Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of IT Quality, Regulatory & Compliance (IT-QRC).
- Familiarity with GxP practices and GAMP5 guidelines.
- Experience with CSV for COTS products (COGNOS, IMPACT, BAELN, etc.).
- Hands-on expertise with 21 CFR Part 11 and FDA regulations.
- Business Analysis, Risk Identification, FRS creation, validation protocols, and testing.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Client-facing consulting experience with ability to manage stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E., B.Tech.), MCA, MBA, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in cyber security, compliance, IT risk management, and consulting.
