Key Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager – Cyber Security (SIEM, Deloitte Mumbai), you will:
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and events across QRadar SIEM.
- Perform triage, classification, and escalation of incidents to SOC L2 and Incident Response teams.
- Document and track incidents, actions, and resolutions in the management system.
- Assist in containment and mitigation of threats to safeguard critical assets.
- Leverage threat intelligence feeds and tools to enhance detection accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver cybersecurity reports and performance metrics.
- Participate in post-incident reviews to strengthen SOC processes.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on expertise with QRadar SIEM and SOAR platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, SOC operations, and advanced threat landscapes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Security, Computer Science, or related.
- Certifications: CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA CASP+, or equivalent preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, 24×7 rotational shift environment.
