Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – Cyber Security at Deloitte India, you will:
- Lead ISO 27001-based Information Security Management System (ISMS) implementation and sustenance.
- Advise clients on Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
- Assess client security posture, identify risks, and design mitigation strategies.
- Implement and review information security controls:
- Change Management
- Incident Response
- Backup Management
- User Identity & Access Management
- Antivirus Management
- SLA Monitoring
- Media Handling & Information Exchange
- Physical & Environmental Security
- Develop and maintain information asset inventory and classification frameworks.
- Conduct vendor risk assessments to evaluate outsourcing-related risks.
- Provide guidance on data privacy, data leakage prevention, encryption, masking, and redaction.
- Lead or support Information Systems audits and cyber security consulting engagements.
- Manage mid-level client relationships, delivering high-quality advisory services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in Cyber Security, ISMS, or IT Risk Advisory.
- Strong understanding of security governance, risk management, compliance, and incident response.
- Hands-on knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, COBIT, ITIL frameworks.
- Expertise in data protection technologies (encryption, masking, redaction, DLP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with client-facing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for client presentations and documentation.
Preferred Certifications
- ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 31000 LA/LI, ISO 22301 LA/LI
- CISA, CISSP, CISM, ITIL
- CEH, GCIH, LPT, CCSK, GSEC
- Experience with eGRC tools (Archer, OpenPages) is a plus.
