Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Saviynt identity governance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt tools.
- Develop custom Saviynt connectors and integrations with third-party cloud and on-premise systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members in identity and access management best practices.
- Support project planning, estimation, and proactive risk management.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, training materials, and process guides.
- Stay updated on Saviynt platform advancements, industry trends, and cybersecurity best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)/IGA domain.
- At least 2 years hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Platform configuration and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Saviynt certification(s) is a strong plus.
