Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ICT, Security, and ELV design models across all project phases, from concept to detailed design.
- Coordinate activities between MEP and other project stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of ELV systems.
- Ensure all ICT, Security, and ELV designs comply with international standards: TIA/EIA, BS, BICSI, TRA, SIRA, ADMCC, Etisalat, and Du.
- Develop schematics, design models, and documentation for ELV systems.
- Perform BIM/Revit modelling, model coordination, and design reviews using Navisworks.
- Evaluate design model changes, address non-conformities, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Support and manage diverse modelling teams, promoting efficiency and collaboration across geographically distributed projects.
- Provide innovative solutions and improve workflows to enhance project delivery and quality.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s (BE/BTech) or Master’s degree (MTech) in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering.
- Strong understanding of ICT, Security, and ELV systems for building projects.
- Practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk CAD, Revit, and BIM software.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Desirable
- Hands-on experience with Bentley MicroStation, Aecosim, Open Building Design platforms.
- Proficiency in Wi-Fi heat mapping, IP video simulation, PA/BGM speaker simulation.
