Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions to enhance automation and decision-making.
- Develop machine learning models to address complex business problems and optimize client engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data-driven solutions.
- Analyze large, heterogeneous datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic systems.
- Write clean, production-ready code for AI/ML applications and cloud-based deployment.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of applied experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and good software engineering practices.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of probability, statistics, linear algebra, and calculus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative, humble, and enthusiastic attitude toward teamwork and problem-solving.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure (Lambda, Glue, S3).
- Familiarity with deep neural networks and cutting-edge AI/ML developments.
- Expertise in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and continuous learning techniques.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art LLM architectures and their application in financial services.
