Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure scalable Appian applications using low-code tools and best practices.
- Design, build, and deploy business process management (BPM) workflows and automated processes leveraging the Appian platform.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to translate requirements into effective Appian solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Appian applications with focus on performance optimization and usability improvements.
- Ensure quality through code reviews, unit testing, and participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Stay updated with the latest Appian platform features, tools, and industry trends to innovate and improve delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Appian developers.
- Contribute to solution architecture and participate in technical design sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Appian development and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Appian BPM platform, process automation, and low-code development principles.
- Appian L2 Certification preferred for demonstrating advanced expertise.
- Experience with workflow automation, case management, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
