Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Sourcing Senior Specialist at BCG Gurgaon, you will:
Talent Research & Strategy
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche technical and digital roles.
- Conduct industry and role-specific research, building talent maps and market intelligence reports.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights on talent pools and recruitment strategies.
Candidate & Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and engage top candidates across APAC, pitching BCG opportunities.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and candidate assessments.
- Build and nurture strong candidate relationships, ensuring long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with global talent sourcing teams to share strategies and best practices.
Values & Excellence

- Maintain accuracy and integrity of candidate data across systems.
- Manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- 3+ years of transferable experience in technical hiring, ideally from startups (consumer tech, fintech) or software companies.
- Experience in recruitment firms with strong tech hiring focus (preferred).
- Undergraduate degree required; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience in executive search, talent sourcing, or technical recruitment.
