Key Responsibilities
As the AP Regional Practice Area Senior Manager at BCG Gurgaon, you will:
- Partner with Practice Area Leaders (PALs) to define strategic agendas and implement business initiatives.
- Support recruitment, staffing, and pipeline management across the region.
- Oversee business planning, commercial strategy, lead flow, and proposal pipelines.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance with internal standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive publications, newsletters, and external events.
- Own and manage practice content across BCG.com, Perspectives, and industry platforms.
- Lead affiliation and communication initiatives including training sessions, newsletters, and events.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure smooth regional practice operations.
- Drive process innovation, efficiency improvements, and technology adoption.
Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in business operations, consulting, or practice area management.
- Master’s degree preferred; professional certifications are a plus.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in resolving complex issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with executive presence.
