Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and stability analysis (assay, RS, dissolution, water content, etc.) for R&D formulation projects including solid & liquid orals and injectables.
- Carry out daily calibration of laboratory equipment such as pH meters and balances.
- Manage stability samples: loading, withdrawal, and documentation as per stability plans.
- Prepare stability reports and protocol-based study reports for assigned projects.
- Use HPLC and chromatographic software for analytical testing.
- Assist in analytical method development, validation, and method transfer activities.
- Support other laboratory responsibilities while ensuring Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in analytical services within pharmaceutical R&D.
- Strong expertise in HPLC, dissolution testing, assay, RS, and water content analysis.
- Hands-on knowledge of analytical method validation and method transfer.
- Familiarity with GLP compliance and stability study management.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related disciplines (preferred).
