Key Responsibilities

As a Workday Analyst in the HR Transformation team, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in Workday HCM implementation projects, focusing on modules such as Core HCM, Talent Management, and Payroll.
  • Supporting the analysis and documentation of HR business processes and system requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize Workday solutions based on client needs.
  • Participating in system testing, data migration, and user training activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Troubleshooting Workday-related issues and coordinating with technical teams for resolutions.
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to summarize project progress and insights.
  • Staying updated on Workday software updates and industry best practices.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for HR technology and processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience or internship in Workday HCM or HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, talent management, and employee lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Delhi, India.
