Responsibilities
- Treasury Process Management: Learn and manage all treasury processes, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements against the general ledger (GL) and manage clearing account reconciliations.
- Funding Request Management: Consolidate funding requests and coordinate with Corporate/Regional Treasury for FX conversions.
- Payment Initiation: Process payments related to treasury functions and coordinate with relevant departments for approval and release.
- Documentation Management: Maintain manual treasury documents and track approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Daily Productivity Log: Keep a daily log of productivity and ensure alignment with team goals and deadlines.
- Project Support: Assist in other ad-hoc responsibilities or projects assigned by Team Leaders or Management.
- Reporting: Provide timely financial reports and updates to Team Leaders and Managers, ensuring policy compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- Education: B.Com/BBA (Finance), M.Com, or MBA (Finance) with at least 60% aggregate score.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial/accounting software.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and resolve issues effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience: Experience in treasury or finance roles in a manufacturing or global organization is a plus.
- Complex Environment: Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
