Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and design solutions using Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
- Configure and customize modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA).
- Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations (design, configuration, testing, migration, training, post-go-live support).
- Provide subject matter expertise in financial processes, optimization, and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud Financials with other enterprise applications.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure project quality.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and user training for Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Mentor junior consultants and share expertise in Oracle solutions.
- Stay updated on latest Oracle Cloud Financials updates, features, and trends.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Proven track record of end-to-end Oracle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA).
- Experience in data migration, integrations, and system testing.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Advanced qualifications (MBA, CA, PGDM) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials architecture, configuration, and reporting tools.
